Purchase Support
· With a purchase, we deal with all the red tapes via the necessary offices, authorities and the military authority in Ankara, which are necessary during the land registery for the customers. (notary costs, entry costs, fees, place of the sales contract, ect.)
Cost approximate : € 450,-
Locking a housing management contract
· Payment of all calculations e.g. telephone, water, electric.
· Payment to the municipality. Garbage-expenses (once a year).
· Completion of forms.
· Payment of the real estate tax (once a year).
· Periodic control of the dwelling.
· Craftsman service.
